We only use your information to provide services you’ve requested (i.e. to contact you if we have something we need to discuss about your order, and to have an address to send your order to). We may also use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. We will not pass your personal details on to any third parties, except as required to complete your order (e.g. the payment gateways that process credit card payments). We do not get to see payment details put into our shops payment gateways, transmission of payment details is invisible to us. We may send you occasional information by email or post on new lines and offers, if this is not acceptable to you then let us know. We will not make sales calls to you. We do not keep records of payment details, and if you quote them to us for phone orders then we shred them afterwards. Our shop may place cookies or similar on your computer as part of the process of placing the order - if so then this is invisible to us, and only part of fulfilling the order, and does not use personal data. We use Google Adwords and Analytics and as part of that it may place cookies or similar on your computer or run scripts as part of its operation. This is so that we can see where our business comes from on the net, and so that we can ensure that our advertising is appropriate. Such tracking does not use personal details, and just tells us things like whether someone visited our site as a result of an advert, which search engine was used, and what pages were visited. Statistics derived from this information do not contain personal data, we just see counts and patterns of usage.
